Aubree is an absolutely phenomenal wedding planner and she went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect! Not only is Aubree highly organized, creative, and detail oriented, but she is such a delight to work with and does it all with a huge smile on her face. On the day of our wedding, Aubree worked over 15 hours to make sure our wedding was set up how we wanted and made back up plans when rain was in the forecast. Honey Bee Package ($2,350) Add a little sweetness. Month of Coordinator. Need a little more help? Month of includes more phone support and help with any last minute planning. Weddings over $30,000 need to start with this package, and we will manage all staff and vendors. This package includes everything the Worker Bee Packages comes with and more. Layouts, customized decor designs, more hours of service included. Bridal Set up station set up with complimentary mimosas.

The Worker Bee Package
Worker Bee Package (base price $1,750) For weddings under $30,000
You will get a personal Day Of Wedding Coordinator who finishes tying up all the last minute details. You will have a meeting Prior to the wedding to create your timeline and pass the torch of all wedding communication, with vendors, family and bridal party.
We Run your rehearsal the day prior, and the day of the wedding your Coordinator and her assistant arrive to set up your entire wedding, and tear down.

The Honey Bee Package
Queen Bee Package ($3,243)
Absolute luxury accommodations; let us treat you like a Queen. This includes two Wedding Coordinators managing up to a 30 person staff. Our additional third Personal Assistant will be assigned exclusively to the bridal party and groomsmen before the ceremony. A catered breakfast charcuterie boards will be set up before the wedding. Personal Bee the Bride Trained barista/bartender on site for 1.5 hours making custom coffees and mimosas for both the entire bridal party, and immediate family. Your personal assistant will run any errands needed and specifically capture social media moments catered to you. Wedding clothes will be steamed and Tuxedos returned after wedding. Ensuring the perfect care-free ending to your perfect day.
